Justin Bieber’s New Music

I’m going to start this off with one sentence guaranteed to get your heart racing: Justin Bieber’s new music is coming a lot sooner than any of you think. Well that got your attention, didn’t it?

You’ve seen countless Instagram posts and we’ve participated in a fair share of teasing but I promise that’s coming to an end soon because Justin Bieber has been working hard and it’s almost time to share some incredible music with the world! Back in December 2013, after an intense world tour and a nonstop work schedule, Bieber agreed to take a much-needed break but it’s been almost ten months and the kid is ready to make a comeback—one that’s bigger and better than ever before!

On September 27, three days after showing off his daredevil tendencies and busting his eardrum, Bieber posted an Instagram picture with the caption “I’ve been on this break for too long. #newmusic #back2work #vacationtimesup #longoverdue.” Hey Biebs, I know you don’t think of making music as “work” but we’ve been following your Instagram closely and it’s clear that you haven’t been on much of a “break” this year. But JB, if you insist vacation time is up, I won’t argue that—I’m getting pretty jealous each time that you post photos of exotic locations, especially as the ever-dreaded New York winter gets closer and closer.

When I say Justin Bieber has spent more time in a studio than his own home during the first nine months of 2014, I’m not exaggerating. And no, that’s not some shade for the fact that the kid can’t stay in one place for too long! So far, we can confirm that Bieber has been working on a significant amount of projects; each guaranteed to add some excitement to the entertainment industry. I can’t give away too many details without getting in trouble but I have two words for everyone: get ready!

Justin has been spending an incredible amount of time in the studio with Cody Simpson and two guitars, perfecting a secret project that’s guaranteed to blow your mind! Over the past few years, the two artists have mastered their craft while building fanbases that are constantly expanding. If the secret project’s final product is anything like the snippets I’ve heard, I guarantee their fanbases will continue to grow at exponential rates. There aren’t too many details I can share yet but stay tuned because a few pretty big announcements are coming!

But wait… there’s more! Trading in the guitar for the sound booth, Justin has also been working hard on his next solo album and is aiming for his sixth No. 1 album and his first Grammy award. Working with some of the industry’s hottest artists, producers and writers, I have high hopes for Bieb’s unnamed project. Journals might have been the beginning of R&Bieber but that phase is definitely going to be bigger than ever before with Justin’s upcoming album. All I know is: I’m excited!

I love Bieber’s voice as much as the next music fan but it’s safe to say he’s no sore sight for the eyes. As excited as I am for his newest tunes to take over my earphones, I’m definitely looking forward to seeing him in almost every type of visual. Between Calvin Klein ads, super secret projects, TV shows, music videos and movie appearances, there will be no shortage of Bieber within the next few months—I hope you have extra room on your DVR!

So what does Bieber’s return to work mean for the rest of us? Well, get prepared because pretty soon, a twenty-year old from a small town in Canada will be taking over music charts worldwide—again! At WeKnowTheDJ, we let the numbers do the talking and the music speak for itself so I won’t make any empty promises but I know the next year is going to be pretty huge for the Canadian’s career and legacy. How excited are you? Send us a tweet at @weknowthedj and let us know! One last thing: Justin, you know where to find me if you decide vacation is still necessary—I’ll pack light, I promise!
